You can download the laboratory test reports. You can download the reports at any time of the day and on any day of the week, from any device connected to the internet, without the need to queue at your healthcare provider's counter.

The test reports are included in your Electronic Health Record where they are always accessible.

To download the report, enter:

• your Tax Code as Username;

• the Health Card number;

• the 10-character Password found in the document issued at the time of acceptance at the counter.

You can download your radiology report if you have undergone one of the following procedures:

• X-ray;

• Mammograms;

• Ultrasounds;

• Computed Tomography (CT);

• Magnetic Resonance Imaging.

You can download radiology reports if you have undergone the examination in one of the following regional healthcare facilities:

• Asl Roma 1;

• Asl Roma 2;

• Asl Roma 3;

• Asl Roma 5;

• Asl Frosinone;

• Asl Rieti;

• INMI Spallanzani;

• Policlinico Umberto I.

To access, use the personal credentials in the document that was given to you at the time of acceptance. You can download the report in 2 different formats:

• in PDF format;

• in a format that includes the digital signature of the specialist doctor.

After downloading the report, you can access the page where the images of your exam are viewable.

You can save them in DICOM format (a format intended for professional use) which is the format in which all medical images are transmitted, viewed, and stored.
