Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry. Lorem Ipsum has been the industry's standard dummy text ever since the 1500s, when an unknown printer took a galley of type and scrambled it to make a type specimen book. It has survived not only five centuries, but also the leap into electronic typesetting, remaining essentially unchanged. It was popularised in the 1960s with the release of Letraset sheets containing Lorem Ipsum passages, and more recently with desktop publishing software like Aldus PageMaker including versions of Lorem Ipsum.

The paragraph box is an editorial component aimed at providing a clear, concise, and direct explanation of the main content of the page at the beginning. It helps the citizen understand in a few seconds what the topic is about, who the subject is aimed at, and what can be done thanks to the service, content, or functionality presented.

It must contain a concise text (4–6 lines at most), written in simple, positive, and inclusive language, avoiding technical jargon, bureaucratic language, and complex sentences. In the presence of acronyms or health terms, these must be explained immediately or contextually.

It is recommended to start with a user need-oriented sentence (e.g., “If you need to…”, “Those aged between X and Y years can…”), and conclude, if applicable, with a call to action that guides towards further information. From a visual perspective, the text should be designed with generous line spacing, good typographic hierarchy, selective use of bold for keywords, and full readability on mobile.
Recommended length: max 600–700 characters.
